For Clients

Our standard turnaround is three days from receiving your brief to having someone on site. For straightforward roles where no site-specific inductions or onboarding are required, we can often move faster. For more complex requirements — including specialist tickets, in-depth medicals, client-specific onboarding processes, remote mobilisation, or unique rosters — timeframes may extend to 10-14 days.
We’ll be upfront about which scenario applies so you can plan with confidence.
Licensed electricians, electrical supervisors, E&I technicians, HV Electricians, EEHA electricians, electrical trade assistants, and project and shutdown crews with mining, resources, energy, industrial and construction projects across Australia. If you’ve got a role that’s not on our standard list, give us a call and we’ll let you know if we can help.
We manage compliance end to end so every person we put forward is fully vetted, job-ready, and prepared to step onto site from day one. This includes WHS compliance, pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing, background and reference checks, current insurances, and all required licences, tickets, and certifications.
Every candidate is tracked through a training matrix, with expiry dates monitored and updates requested in advance to ensure ongoing compliance. Certificates of currency and supporting documentation are maintained and available on request, so you’re not chasing paperwork before boots hit the ground.
Site-specific face-to-face inductions are typically managed by the client, as each major operator runs its own requirements and these are generally not transferable between sites. We’re always happy to assist with coordination and booking where needed.
Every candidate is personally screened before being put forward. We check the validity of tickets and licences, confirm working rights, complete reference checks, and assess both technical capability and site suitability.
We don’t forward resumes blindly. If we don’t believe someone is the right fit for the role and the site, we won’t recommend them.
Yes. We supply experienced EEHA-qualified electricians and dual trade E&I Technicians for offshore oil and gas projects across Australia. Our offshore workforce supports shutdowns (TARs), brownfield upgrades, hook-up & commissioning (HUC), maintenance campaigns, and EPCI project scopes.
Workers hold current BOSIET and Escape Chute certifications, with offshore medicals and mobilisation requirements managed as part of our deployment process.
Labour hire is charged at an hourly rate per worker, with the rate depending on the role, the site, the roster, and the level of compliance required. We’re transparent about our margin and we’ll give you an honest rate upfront. If we think the market is going to push back on the rate, we’ll tell you from the outset and work with you on a realistic solution.
Yes. Project and shutdown crews are one of our core capabilities. Whether you’re ramping up for a shutdown, construction project, commissioning phase, or maintenance campaign, we can scale electrical teams to match changing project demands.
We build crews strategically and plan mobilisation around your critical dates, ensuring the right people are ready when you need them.
We stay across the placement after it’s made. We check in on day one, check in again after a week, and work with both the client and worker to address any issues before they become larger problems. If a worker isn’t the right fit, we’ll replace them. The standard isn’t whether someone turned up on day one – It’s measured by whether they’re still adding value months later.

For Workers

Submit your resume through the For Workers page and we’ll give you a call. We’ll have a real conversation about where you want to go and what’s on. Even if we don’t have a placement for you right now, we’ll keep you on our radar and let you know when something fits.
It depends on the type of work you’re chasing. For commercial and metro projects, you’ll typically need your electrical licence, white card, current first aid, and working at heights. If you’re looking to move into industrial and mining work, additional requirements often include confined space, gas testing, low voltage rescue and CPR, along with various client-specific inductions.
For specialist roles, additional qualifications such as Instrumentation, EEHA, BOSIET, Escape Chute or other industry-specific certifications may be required.
Some inductions can be completed independently, while others are site or client specific and are generally arranged through an employer. If you’re unsure where to start, we’ve put together a detailed guide in the Toolbox, or give us a call and we’ll help map out the right pathway for your goals.
Yes. We back the green ones. We help a lot of electricians make the transition into FIFO for the first time. Send us your resume and give us a call. We’ll talk through what you’ve got, what you need, and how to make the move.
We work across commercial and metro projects, industrial and infrastructure work, mining and resources, and offshore and energy projects. That includes everything from office fit-outs and construction projects through to shutdowns, fixed plant maintenance, commissioning, FIFO mining roles, and offshore oil and gas work. We have current roles up on the Search Jobs page, but a lot of our placements happen before they make it to the public board. If you’re on our books, you’ll often hear about a role before it’s advertised.
Rates are typically set by the client and influenced by the project, roster, location, and current market conditions. We stay across market movements and work closely with our clients to ensure they’re offering competitive rates that attract and retain quality electrical workers.
If we believe a rate is out of step with the market, we’ll provide that feedback and advocate for a realistic outcome.
When we have something that fits. We won’t spam you with roles that aren’t right for you, and we won’t ghost you when there’s nothing on. If you haven’t heard from us in a while, give us a call.
Absolutely. We’re interested in where you want to end up, not just where you work next. We’ll have a genuine conversation about your goals, the experience you’ll need, and the steps required to get there.
Whether that’s moving from commercial into industrial or mining work, landing your first FIFO role, building toward offshore opportunities, or developing new skills and qualifications, we’ll help you understand the pathway and point you in the right direction.
Plenty of our workers don’t do FIFO, and many have no plans to. We recruit across commercial and metro projects, industrial and infrastructure work, construction projects, and local opportunities throughout Perth.
Whether you’re looking for a regular week at home or building experience before making your next move, we’ll help you find work that aligns with your goals.
