Who we put on your site.

Every electrical role you need to fill, vetted by people who know what good looks like. Working across mining, energy, industrial, construction and infrastructure projects.

Why clients work with us.

Most labour hire moves at one speed: get the placement done, send the invoice, move on. We work differently. We take the brief seriously, screen thoroughly, tell you upfront when something won’t work, and we stay across the placement after it’s made. The result is people who actually last on site, not just people who turned up on day one.

Three supporting points

Were a specialist not a generalist

Where our people end up.

Across every site that needs electrical; from mining operations to commercial fitouts, our people are on sites nationwide. The sites change shape every day, but the standard we hold ourselves to doesn’t.

From your call to someone on site, in three days.

A real process, not a black box. Here’s exactly what happens after you pick up the phone.
STEP 1

You call. We pick up.

Same team every time. We ask the questions that save you time on day one: what the site needs, what the roster looks like, what the rate is, when you need someone there.
STEP 2

We screen.

Everyone we put forward has had a real conversation with us. We check tickets, run reference and qualification checks, and match for the site and the crew. We don’t send a CV through without knowing the person behind it.
STEP 3

We mobilise.

Medicals, inductions, tickets. We handle the lot. Standard turnaround is three days from brief to site. Ten if it’s tricky, and we’ll tell you which one upfront before we start the clock.
STEP 4

We stay on it.

We don’t disappear once the placement is made. We check in on day one, check in again after a week, and if anything’s off we sort it before it becomes a problem.

A straightforward process.

Step 1 – Understand Your Requirements

Every site, project, and team is different. We take the time to understand the role, project environment, technical requirements, roster structure, compliance needs, and team dynamics before we start the search.

Step 2 – Source, Screen & Present

We source, interview, and assess candidates against your requirements. Licences, tickets, certifications, experience, and site suitability are all considered before anyone is put forward. We don’t flood your inbox with resumes — only candidates we genuinely believe are suited to the role, the site, and your team.

Step 3 – Mobilisation

Medicals, inductions, tickets, onboarding, and compliance. We manage the moving parts so workers arrive site-ready and prepared to start. Our standard turnaround is three days from brief to site. If a role involves specialist certifications, in-depth medicals, or lengthy client onboarding requirements, we’ll tell you upfront and work to the agreed timeline.

Step 4 – Support the Placement

Getting someone on site is only part of the job. We stay involved after the placement is made, checking in with both the client and worker, maintaining open communication, and resolving issues early. Because the best placements aren’t measured by day one — they’re measured by what happens after it.

Site-ready. Every time.

Compliance isn’t a checkbox we tick to get the placement done. It’s the bar that determines whether someone goes on your site at all.
Every person we put forward is fully vetted, suitable for the role, and prepared to step onto site from day one. No surprises. No last-minute paperwork. No gaps in compliance. WHS requirements, medicals, drug and alcohol testing, current insurances, licences, tickets, and site-specific certifications are all covered. We manage the documentation, so you’re not chasing paperwork before boots hit site.
