There’s a lot of confusion out there about what tickets are worth chasing. Some are essential, some are nice to have, and some aren’t necessary.
We’re not a training provider, but we know the good ones. We can point you toward the right courses, tell you what to expect, and let you know which inductions are actually being asked for on current jobs.
Want help working out which tickets to chase?
Why people stick with us.
Recruitment is built on relationships. The longer we’re in this industry, the more we believe that’s what matters most. We take the time to get to know the people we work with, where they want to go, and what matters to them. Whether you’re chasing local work, your first FIFO swing, or planning your next career move, we’re here to help you make informed decisions, not just fill the next vacancy.
- The right work, not just any work. We don't push people into jobs that aren't the right fit. The roster, the site, the crew, the money, the opportunity. We'll give you the honest version before you make a decision.
- Career advice that actually helps. We’ll help you work out where you want to go next and what it takes to get there. From commercial to mining, local work to FIFO, or picking up the tickets and experience needed for the next stage of your career.
- Ticket & pathway guidance. Which tickets are worth chasing and which inductions are worth investing in. We'll point you in the right direction even if we don't have a placement for you at the time.
- A real relationship. Same team every time you call. You won't get passed around or forgotten. Call us in twelve months and we'll still know your name.

Where do you want to end up?
Most electrical workers move through a few stages over their career, and not everyone wants to end up in the same place. Here’s roughly what each stage looks like, so you can work out where you want to be.
Wherever you want to land, we’ll help you get there. Even if we’re not the agency that places you in the next role, we’ll point you in the right direction.
Entry-level and Commercial
Where most sparkies start, and where plenty choose to stay. Commercial construction, office fit-outs, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and education projects. It builds a strong foundation, offers plenty of variety, and usually means being home every night. For many electricians, it’s a rewarding long-term career in its own right. Whether it’s a single electrician for shift coverage or a full shutdown crew, we help mining clients build workforce solutions aligned with their operational requirements.
Industrial and Infrastructure
Bigger sites, longer projects, and more complex work. Manufacturing facilities, processing plants, civil infrastructure, and major construction projects. For many electricians, this is the step between commercial and resources work, and where instrumentation and control skills start to become increasingly valuable.
Mining and Resources
FIFO rosters, shutdowns, fixed plant maintenance, construction projects, and NPI work. From mine site expansions and camp infrastructure to processing plants and ongoing operations, the opportunities are diverse and the earning potential is strong. Most WA electricians who want to move into mining can do so within a few years of qualifying. We help sparkies make that transition every day.
Offshore & Energy
The highest level of technical complexity and some of the most sought-after opportunities in the industry. Typical pathways involve additional qualifications such as Instro, EEHA, BOSIET & Escape Chute. It’s not for everyone, but if offshore is your goal, we can help you build the experience and credentials to get there.
