  • Insurances: Workers' compensation, public liability and professional indemnity insurance maintained as applicable to our operations.
  • Background & Reference Checks: Reference checks, right-to-work verification and other pre-employment checks completed as required for the role.
  • Qualifications & Certifications: Licences, qualifications and relevant tickets verified and tracked, with expiry dates monitored through our compliance systems.
  • Incident Management: Incidents involving Energised personnel are reported and managed in accordance with applicable procedures and in consultation with relevant client HSE teams.
