Electricians & E&I Technicians | Permanent FIFO | $210K-$245K

We're recruiting experienced Construction Electricians and E&I Technicians for one of Western Australia's largest industrial construction projects.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity from day one, offering excellent earning potential, long-term job security and the opportunity to work through construction, pre-commissioning and into commissioning as the project progresses.
With work expected to continue through at least the end of 2027, this is an ideal opportunity for experienced industrial tradespeople looking to secure their next long-term FIFO role.

What's on offer

• Current roster 20:8, with a proposed move to 2:1

Construction Electricians
You'll be involved in the installation of electrical infrastructure across a large-scale industrial processing facility.
Typical duties include:

• HV & LV cable pulling using winches and cable pulling equipment
• Cable glanding and terminations
• Installation of switchrooms, substations and electrical equipment
• Cable tray, ladder rack and bracket installation
• Earthing, lighting and small power systems
• Installation of hazardous area equipment (desirable)

Requirements

• WA A Grade Electrical Licence
• Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship industrial construction experience
• Mining, Oil & Gas or process plant construction background
• FIFO or remote project experience
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• EWP
• EEHA qualification highly regarded

E&I Technicians
Join the team delivering installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems on a major industrial facility.
Typical duties include:

• Cable testing and pre-energisation checks
• Instrument installation, calibration and testing
• Hot and cold loop checks
• Process logic verification
• PLC & DCS function testing
• Functional and safety system testing
• Commissioning and plant start-up activities

Requirements

• WA A Grade Electrical Licence
• Cert III or Cert IV in Instrumentation
• Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience
• Heavy industrial, LNG, Oil & Gas or petrochemical experience highly regarded
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• EWP
• EEHA qualification highly regarded
