About the Role

We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-established electrical contractor based in Osborne Park.

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of commercial and industrial projects valued between $100K and $5M.

• Pay: $110,000 - $140,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Complete quantity take-offs and material take-offs.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients throughout the tender process.
• Assist with project handovers following successful tenders.

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Previous Electrical Estimating experience.
• Commercial and/or industrial electrical project experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods and pricing.
• Experience using Simpro and/or Groundplan (or similar estimating software).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
