EEHA Electricians | LNG Brownfields Project

Big LNG project. Lots of spots. Flights covered from anywhere.

We need EEHA sparkies, as many as we can get, for a major brownfields LNG construction project in Karratha. It’s heavy electrical install work in hazardous areas: MCCs, switch rooms, HV cabling and plenty of glanding and terminating. If you’ve done oil and gas work and want solid months of work, this is one to jump on.

The details:

• 💰 $59.71 an hour base, plus penalties
• 💵 $5.40 an hour site allowance
• 🎁 PCB and redundancy paid at project completion (conditions apply)
• 📅 RDO accrual
• ⏱️ 11.5-hour days Monday to Friday, 12-hour days on weekends
• 🔁 2/1 FIFO roster
• ✈️ Interstate flights covered from major capital cities
• 📆 4–6 months, starting ASAP

What you’ll be doing.

• Installing new MCC rooms and switch rooms
• Running cable tray, ladder rack, brackets and containment
• Pulling HV and main power cabling
• Compressor electrical installs
• Motor and isolator upgrades
• Hazardous area glanding and terminations
• Working safely in a live, operating LNG plant

What you’ll need.

• Current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence (interstate sparkies eligible for one are welcome)
• Electrical trade certificate
• EEHA ticket from the last 5 years, or willing to do a refresher
• Oil and gas experience (this one’s a must)
• Hazardous area install experience (this one’s a must too)
• White Card
• Current LVR/CPR and First Aid
• Working at Heights
• Driver’s licence
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
• Ready to mobilise ASAP

Bonus points for LNG brownfields work, heavy industrial construction, MCC and switch room installs, big HV cable pulls, and working around live plant.
