##### ABOUT US

# Built on relationships, industry knowledge, and genuine service.

Specialist electrical workforce solutions, founded by Hannah Black. We built Energised around a simple idea: know the industry, know the people, and deliver the level of service that’s often missing elsewhere.

## WHAT WE STAND FOR

## Specialists, Not Generalists

Electrical is our focus. We believe specialist knowledge creates better outcomes for clients, workers and projects.

## Committed to the work

We’re not here to fill orders and move on. We’re committed to every worker’s career, not just their next shift, and to every client’s site, not just their next vacancy.

## Upfront, every time

If expectations aren’t aligned, we’ll tell you. If someone’s not right for the job, we won’t send them. If we see a potential issue with a placement, we’ll raise it early and work with you to find a solution.

## Back your word

In this industry, your word matters. We do what we say we’ll do, follow through on commitments, and take responsibility when things don’t go to plan.
